With over 20 years in the design industry - first as a designer at large companies like Gensler and RH spearheading internal initiatives, to designing for Fortune 100 brands - Christine holds a master’s in architecture, and studies in management from Harvard. Currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University, Christine specializes in leadership and management coaching, and growth strategy implementation. As a catalyst for change and a reliable accountability partner, Christine drives transformative organizational shifts and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. She excels at motivating teams, enhancing organization, and creating environments for future success. Passionate about aligning businesses with their goals, Christine strategically implements solutions tailored to clients’ personal and professional needs.

Her background as a Producer in LA is a testament to Jenna Rose’s ability to keep initiatives on track and delivered to spec.

With a career spanning over 20 years in the design industry as an expert in business development, operations, marketing, and strategic planning, Mary Kate brings deep expertise in supporting high-end architecture, interiors, and construction firms. She previously served as Director of Operations at Michael G. Imber, Architects and Vice President of Business Development at Tim Barber Architects, strengthening operations and guiding growth for nationally recognized practices. Skilled in organizational development, client relationship management, and market strategy, Mary Kate empowers teams to work more efficiently and effectively. Grounded in a passion for architecture, construction, and historic preservation, she combines strategic clarity with warmth and humor - driving meaningful progress and elevating the way creative businesses operate.

Emilie's experience managing large-scale projects for global corporations means that she is uniquely positioned to collaborate with the contractors and third-party vendors required to execute her designs, and her clear communication and up-front attitude ensure that everyone is always on the same page.
While Emilie is always focused on the end goal, she does so while making sure that everyone is comfortable with the decisions being made and activities taking place; she also likes to have a bit of fun along the way!
