With over 20 years in the design industry - first as a designer - Christine holds a master’s in architecture, and studies in management from Harvard. Currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University, Christine specializes in leadership and management coaching, and growth strategy implementation. As a catalyst for change and a reliable accountability partner, Christine drives transformative organizational shifts and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. She excels at motivating teams, enhancing organization, and creating environments for future success. Passionate about aligning businesses with their goals, Christine strategically implements solutions tailored to clients’ personal and professional needs.
Rachael Henriques

SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGER

With over 25 years of experience across travel, e-commerce, education, and hospitality, Rachael brings a calm, strategic presence to every client engagement. She spent the first half of her career leading marketing and loyalty programs for brands like Island Outpost, Air Jamaica Vacations, and Sandals Resorts—where she developed a deep appreciation for service and experience.
Over the past decade, she transitioned into project management, taking on roles in HR, content development, marketing, and operations. From running business operations for an international school to launching websites and streamlining internal workflows, Rachael knows how to step in, get up to speed fast, and make things happen.
As head of our Business Management service, she ensures our clients get hands-on support from someone who acts as an extension of their team—so they can stay focused on what they do best.

Jenna Rose Alder has worked first-hand with some of the industry’s leading Interior Designers while launching and growing The Eye Agency (LA)—a consulting and project management firm exclusive to designers. Her background as a Producer in LA is a testament to Jenna Rose’s ability to keep initiatives on track and delivered to spec.

Jenna Rose is a dedicated Coach who assists clients in seeking clarity and holding them accountable to the initiatives that matter most to their business. Jenna Rose is known for her ability to streamline complex projects, foster creative collaboration, and drive results with precision. She remains committed to empowering designers and creative entrepreneurs, helping them build sustainable businesses with structure, strategy, and confidence.

With over 30 years of experience, Linda Herman is recognized as an exceptional, outcome-oriented team leader, trainer, and facilitator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. With over 15 years of experience in "Big 4" management consulting, Emilie comes to the design field with a unique business background. Her client-focused, process-driven approach to every interior design project is grounded in thoughtful, strategic methods that result in clear deliverables and outcomes for the client.
Emilie's experience managing large-scale projects for global corporations means that she is uniquely positioned to collaborate with the contractors and third-party vendors required to execute her designs, and her clear communication and up-front attitude ensure that everyone is always on the same page.
While Emilie is always focused on the end goal, she does so while making sure that everyone is comfortable with the decisions being made and activities taking place; she also likes to have a bit of fun along the way!
Kat Oldershaw

BUSINESS MANAGER
With over a decade of leadership experience across creative industries, Kat has built a reputation as a strategic force behind high-performing teams in Interior Design, Custom Furniture, Fine Art, and beyond.

A graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in Psychology, she combines deep creative intuition with technical and operational expertise. Kat is an expert in empathetic leadership, systems thinking, and organizational development, known for her ability to translate big ideas into clear, actionable plans. Passionate about cultivating innovation through non-traditional business practices, she excels at bringing order to complexity while preserving the creative spirit.
