Join us on August 26th each year to celebrate the historic certification of the 19th Amendment, which granted all women in the United States the right to vote.
The women of this movement were deemed "suffragettes"; a term originally intended to be derogatory. The women of the movement proudly embraced it, symbolizing their tireless pursuit of equality. They began wearing white to rallies and protests, allowing their clothing to represent purity and morality, which became their emblem of unity and non-violence, challenging traditional gender roles.
Join us in honoring their legacy by wearing white, echoing their determination for equality on this significant day.
